A leading company in SAP recruitment is seeking an SAP HCM Spanish Payroll Consultant for a 12-month remote project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Spanish Payroll processes and must be fluent in Spanish. Flexible start date offered, with opportunities for occasional onsite visits to Madrid.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish (minimum C1 level).
• Strong customizing experience in SAP HCM-Payroll.
• Ability to take requirements and design new HR developments.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and customize the entire Spanish payroll process.
• Perform integration of new HR developments in SAP.
• Travel for UATs and Go-Live as needed.

SAP HCM Spanish Payroll Consultant - Spanish Speaking. 100% Remote. Flexible Start Date between June - September. 12 Month Contract.

Our client based in Madrid, Spain requires a fluent Spanish speaking SAP HCM-Payroll Consultant with knowledge of Spanish Payroll to work on a 12 month project focusing on configuration and customizing of the entire Spanish payroll process.

Requirements : Must have strong customising experience in SAP HCM-Payroll Must have strong knowledge of Spanish Payroll Must have the ability to take requirements, design and perform the integration of new HR developments in the SAP standard.

Nice to have but not mandatory : Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is nice to have

Languages : Must be fluent in Spanish (minimum C1 level)

Start Date : The start date is very flexible. The client would ideally like someone to start ASAP. The latest possible start date would be the 1st September 2025 12 Month Contract

Remote Work : Up to 100% Remote Work possible The customer would ideally prefer 3-4 trips to Madrid for UATs, Go-Live, etc... Trips will last approximately 1 week. Travel expenses will be covered by the client - but 100% remote work is possible, if onsite travel is not possible.
