Formación

• Degree in Informatics, Economics, Business Administration or similar.
• Experience customizing SAP HCM and understanding HR processes.
• Fluent in English and ideally other languages.

Descripción del empleo

Your Tasks

• You continuously work on the optimization of human resources processes
• You work together with product teams on projects to harmonize spanish HCM processess
• You prepare rollouts of our HCM solution and support them in Spain
• You advise key users in HR department
• You support the SAP HCM system with focus on Personnel Management (PA), Payroll (PY), Personnel Time Management (PT), Organizational Management (OM)

Your Profile

Required studies and competences:

• You have a degree in informatics, economics, business administration or similar
• You have experience in customizing SAP HCM (ERP 6.08) with knowledge in the modules PY/PA/PT/OM/
• You have good understanding of HR processes and the ability to quickly understand complex issues and contexts
• You are comfortable working in an agile environment (Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma) and are able to integrate and use these methods in your daily work routine
• You work independently and with a high sense of responsibility, but you are also a team player
• You enjoy project work as well as the analysis and design of processes
• You are confident in Office365 applications
• You are an open-minded, goal-oriented personality with a high responsibility
• You are fluent in English, gladly other languages as well
