Freelance SAP HCM Consultant – Spanish Payroll Experience | Fully Remote

We are currently seeking an experienced freelance SAP HCM Consultant with a strong background in Spanish payroll to join an exciting S / 4HANA implementation project .

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment alongside a team of skilled professionals driving digital transformation through SAP S / 4HANA.

Contract Type : Freelance

Location : Remote

Initial Duration : 6 months with high potential for extensions

Start Date : ASAP or based on mutual agreement

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the design and implementation of SAP HCM modules, with a focus on Spanish payroll processes.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful integration with S / 4HANA.
• Provide expert guidance on local payroll regulations, statutory requirements, and best practices.
• Participate in configuration, testing, documentation, and user training.
• Assist in issue resolution and optimization during project phases.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, with specific expertise in Spanish payroll .
• Solid understanding of HR business processes and regulatory compliance in Spain.
• Prior experience in S / 4HANA projects is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English .
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
