A leading company in digital transformation is seeking an experienced Freelance SAP HCM Consultant with expertise in Spanish payroll for a fully remote S/4HANA implementation project. This role involves supporting the design and implementation of SAP HCM modules and providing guidance on local payroll regulations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience, strong communication skills in Spanish and English, and a solid understanding of HR business processes in Spain.

Freelance SAP HCM Consultant – Spanish Payroll Experience | Fully Remote

We are currently seeking an experienced freelance SAP HCM Consultant with a strong background in Spanish payroll to join an exciting S / 4HANA implementation project .

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment alongside a team of skilled professionals driving digital transformation through SAP S / 4HANA.

Contract Type : Freelance

Location : Remote

Initial Duration : 6 months with high potential for extensions

Start Date : ASAP or based on mutual agreement

Key Responsibilities :

Support the design and implementation of SAP HCM modules, with a focus on Spanish payroll processes.

Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful integration with S / 4HANA.

Provide expert guidance on local payroll regulations, statutory requirements, and best practices.

Participate in configuration, testing, documentation, and user training.

Assist in issue resolution and optimization during project phases.

Requirements :

Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, with specific expertise in Spanish payroll .

Solid understanding of HR business processes and regulatory compliance in Spain.

Prior experience in S / 4HANA projects is highly desirable.

Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English .

Ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
