Descripción del empleo

They are responsible for documenting customer requirements, reviewing proposed architecture, and working on project equipment and support to offer the best possible solutions that satisfy customer needs, considering the functionality of standard solutions. They are involved in various tasks throughout the application implementation cycle and improvement projects (design, configuration, programming, testing), ensuring correct application performance and optimal performance levels.

Responsibilities

In addition to tasks common to all ALIGHT employees, specific tasks for this position include:

• Monitor the definition of necessary data structures based on the data model and application flow diagrams, ensuring they meet client requirements.
• Participate in application development following the standard methodology defined according to corporate standards (ePIM, Work Package, Tracking tool) or as required for special needs with prior supervisor approval.
• Implement solutions across different environments (development, testing, production).
• Generate error-free, maintainable code in accordance with ALIGHT guidelines.
• Conduct integrated testing of complex applications.
• Resolve complex problems related to the application's technical environment.
• Provide technical support to team members.
• Identify knowledgeable sources and ensure effective collaboration.
• Recognize patterns or non-obvious relationships in complex situations.
• Seek opportunities for knowledge growth and self-development.
