A leading consulting firm is seeking RTR Consultants for a transformative SAP S/4HANA project in Europe. The role involves leading the design and configuration of critical SAP financial applications and collaborating across teams to ensure project success. Ideal candidates will have extensive SAP knowledge and excellent teamwork skills.

Formación

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in RTR and various applications.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to lead project initiatives and engage with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and configuration of various SAP applications including FI GL, AP, AR.
• Collaborate with teams and manage effectiveness while providing cross-team solutions.

RED GLOBAL - SAP RTR CONSULTANTS - REMOTE - EUROPE - 12 MONTHS

On behalf of a key client partner, I am currently seeking multiple RTR Consultants to join a new S/4HANA transformation project for an oil/gas customer.

Roles Available:

• RTR Consultants

Start Date: July 2025

Location: Remote

Capacity: 5 days/week

Duration: 12 months +

Language: English

The client plans to implement a template rollout across the US and LATAM, followed by a European rollout using a big bang approach.

Roles and Responsibilities:

RTR Team Member - AP/AR/GL

• Lead design, build, and configure SAP FI GL, SAP FI Accounts Payable, and SAP FI Accounts Receivable applications.
• Act as the primary point of contact, collaborate with teams, and manage team effectiveness.
• Make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key project decisions.
• Provide solutions to team-specific and cross-team problems.

RTR Team Member - Product Costing

• Strong understanding of standard costing, actual costing, and material ledger.
• Knowledge of integration between CO-PC, MM, PP, and FI modules.
• Ability to interpret cost data and explain variances.

RTR Team Member - Real Estate/AA

• Lead design, build, and configure SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) applications.
• Subject matter expert, collaborate, and manage team effectiveness.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions for problems across teams.

RTR Team Member - PA, Controlling

• Lead design, build, and configure SAP CO Management Accounting and CO Profitability Analysis.
• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate, and manage team effectiveness.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions for team and cross-team issues.
