A leading company in the oil and gas sector is seeking multiple SAP RTR Consultants for a remote project focused on S/4HANA transformation. This 12-month engagement requires expertise in various SAP modules such as GL, AP/AR, costing, and management accounting. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong collaborative skills and the ability to lead project teams effectively.

RED GLOBAL - SAP RTR CONSULTANTS - REMOTE - EUROPE - 12 MONTHS

On behalf of a key client partner, we are currently seeking multiple RTR Consultants to join a new S/4HANA transformation project for an Oil/Gas customer.

Roles available:

• RTR Consultants

Start date: July 2025

Location: Remote

Capacity: 5 days/week

Duration: 12 months+

Language: English

The project involves a template rollout across US and LATAM, followed by a big bang approach into Europe.

Role-specific responsibilities:

RTR Team Member - AP/AR/GL

• Design, build, and configure SAP FI GL, SAP FI Accounts Payable, and SAP FI Accounts Receivable applications.
• Lead team efforts and collaborate effectively as a subject matter expert.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to team and cross-team problems.

RTR Team Member - Product Costing

• Understand standard costing, actual costing, and material ledger.
• Integrate CO-PC, MM, PP, and FI modules.
• Interpret cost data and explain variances.

RTR Team Member - Real Estate/AA

• Design, build, and configure SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
• Collaborate and manage team effectiveness.
• Contribute to key decisions and provide cross-team solutions.

RTR Team Member - PA, Controlling

• Design, build, and configure SAP CO Management Accounting and CO Profitability Analysis.
• Lead team efforts and collaborate as a subject matter expert.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to team and cross-team problems.
