A leading consultancy is seeking a Finance Change Manager to lead change management for a large SAP Finance rollout. This role requires strong experience in SAP transformation and finance processes. The successful candidate will drive user adoption and provide training, ensuring local finance teams understand the new SAP solution. This is a remote B2B contractor role, offering an exciting opportunity to impact multi-country projects.

Formación

• Strong Change Management experience in a large SAP Finance Transformation programme environment.
• Prior SAP implementation project experience.
• Strong Finance background.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver Change Management for the new SAP solution for Finance workstreams.
• Define, organise and deliver the change strategy.
• Deliver training on new processes and systems.
• Monitor and drive user adoption to embed the new way of working.

Conocimientos

Finance Change Manager - SAP

An international consultancy is looking for a Finance Change Manager with good SAP experience to join their team and lead and drive change management as part of a large SAP Finance rollout.

This role will deliver Change management for the R2R stream for a multi-country rollout project and will support both process harmonisation and deployment of the new SAP solution.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver Change Management for the new SAP solution for Finance workstreams
- Ensure local finance teams understand to-be processes and the new SAP solution
- Define, organise and deliver the change strategy
- Deliver training on new processes and systems




- Monitor and drive user adoption to embed the new way of working!

Profile:

- Strong Change Management experience in a large SAP Finance Transformation programme environment
- Strong Finance background including knowledge of R2R and O2C processes
- Prior SAP implementation project experience
- Excellent Stakeholder engagement skills
