Are you a passionate SAP Business Consultant specialized in FI? We have an exciting opportunity to lead and empower a multicultural team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on SAP FI processes, including General Ledger (CoA), Cost Controlling (CO), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Business Partner Management (BP), Payment Processing & Treasury, and Asset Accounting.
• Diagnose “As-Is” processes and define “To-Be” business processes.
• Lead business process transformation and optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and document business requirements for efficient system integration.
• Manage agile teams, coordinate with product owners, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Create Business Blueprints and manage approval processes.
• Conduct interfaces definition & testing to ensure system integration runs smoothly.
• Provide continuous improvement of finance and accounting processes within SAP systems.
• Support the documentation of requirements and service operations integration.
• Contribute to demand management and ensure alignment with business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Consultant in SAP FI processes.
• Experience in Stakeholder Management and Jira for requirement engineering and user story specification.
• Proven expertise in the implementation of SAP modules for Finance, Accounting, and Treasury.
• Ability to manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams for project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, disciplined, and customer-oriented approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with international finance and accounting systems.
• Familiarity with IFRS accounting principles.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Location: FULLREMOTE (SPAIN)

Schedule: flexible. Friday intensive.
