Are you a passionate SAP Business Consultant specialized in FI? We have an exciting opportunity to lead and empower a multicultural team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert guidance on SAP FI processes, including General Ledger (CoA), Cost Controlling (CO), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Business Partner Management (BP), Payment Processing & Treasury, and Asset Accounting.
2. Diagnose “As-Is” processes and define “To-Be” business processes.
3. Lead business process transformation and optimization initiatives.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders and document business requirements for efficient system integration.
5. Manage agile teams, coordinate with product owners, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
6. Create Business Blueprints and manage approval processes.
7. Conduct interfaces definition & testing to ensure system integration runs smoothly.
8. Provide continuous improvement of finance and accounting processes within SAP systems.
9. Support the documentation of requirements and service operations integration.
10. Contribute to demand management and ensure alignment with business needs.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
2. Over 5 years of experience as a Business Consultant in SAP FI processes.
3. Experience in Stakeholder Management and Jira for requirement engineering and user story specification.
4. Proven expertise in the implementation of SAP modules for Finance, Accounting, and Treasury.
5. Ability to manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams for project delivery.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Organized, disciplined, and customer-oriented approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working with international finance and accounting systems.
2. Familiarity with IFRS accounting principles.
3. Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Location: FULLREMOTE (SPAIN)

Schedule: flexible. Friday intensive.
