Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP FCM Consultant with a specialization in the FI, CO module to join MSPe (Mobis Spain Electrified Powertrain, S.L.) IT team. An SAP ERP FCM professional is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP ERP FCM solutions for various business units, such as finance, accounting, cost, profit, and tax. An SAP ERP FCM professional also collaborates with other SAP and non-SAP teams to ensure the integration and alignment of business processes and data across the enterprise. This role will work MSPe (Mobis Spain Electrified Powertrain, S.L.)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand the business requirements and best practices of different business units and propose SAP ERP FCM solutions that meet their needs and objectives.

• Configure, customize, test, and deploy SAP ERP FCM modules, such as FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), TR (Treasury), EC (Enterprise Controlling), etc.

• Provide technical and functional support and troubleshooting for SAP ERP FCM issues and incidents, and coordinate with SAP or other vendors for resolution if needed.

• Perform SAP ERP FCM system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance, and ensure the compliance with SAP standards and guidelines.

• Conduct SAP ERP FCM training and documentation for end users and stakeholders and provide guidance and feedback on SAP ERP FCM usage and performance.

• Monitor and evaluate SAP ERP FCM system performance and utilization and identify and implement improvement opportunities and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business, finance, accounting, or related fields, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP FCM Consultant, with a focus on implementing and configuring the SAP FI, CO module.

• In-depth knowledge and experience in SAP ERP FCM modules and functionalities, and familiarity with SAP ERP FCM integration with other SAP or non-SAP systems and applications.

• Proficiency and ability in using SAP ERP FCM tools and techniques, such as ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming), OData (Open Data Protocol), BAPI (Business Application Programming Interface), etc.

• Understanding and ability to apply SAP ERP FCM related laws and regulations, standards and guidelines, and best practices.

• Problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, creativity, responsibility, and other competencies.

• Possession or ability to obtain SAP ERP FCM certifications, such as C_TFIN22_67 (SAP Certified Application Associate - Management Accounting with SAP ERP 6.0 EhP7), C_TFIN52_67 (SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Accounting with SAP ERP 6.0 EhP7), etc.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, and external stakeholders.

• Prior experience in the automotive industry or related manufacturing sectors is a plus.
