These are your tasks :

• Participate in the design, planning, and execution of data harmonization, consolidation, and migration strategies, support cutover, go-live, and post-migration activities.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to understand data objects, legacy sources, and target SAP structures.
• Plan and manage end-to-end data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from legacy systems to SAP S / 4HANA.
• Ensure Data Quality and Compliance during data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation, with precise documentation of data mapping and transformation rules.
• Design and implement ABAP programs, BAPIs, BDCs, LSMW, and other custom tools to support complex data load scenarios, troubleshoot issues, and optimize migration.
• Support knowledge transfer through trainings and workshops.
• Continuously develop your technical and soft skills.

What experience you should have :

• Independent, customer- and solution-oriented work, strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the willingness to take ownership of complex tasks.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Solid understanding of SAP master data structures and migration concepts.
• Previous experience with different data migration tools such as LSMW, SAP Migration Cockpit, or Crystal Bridge required.
• Interest in open and constructive cooperation with the ability to work in a dynamic environment and international project settings.
• Business fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
