Hager Industrial is seeking a SAP Data Administrator on a permanent contract to ensure high-quality SAP master data across systems and to support data accuracy for informed decision-making.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance and Industrialisation teams to maintain data integrity, prepare structured documentation, support supplier RFQs, and coordinate industrialisation-related data activities.

Formación

• Experience in data administration or master data management.
• Strong SAP/ERP system knowledge.
• High attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Create, maintain, and update SAP master data (materials, customers, vendors, pricing, and other business objects).
• Monitor, validate, audit, and improve data quality (data cleansing).
• Serve as the main contact for SAP master data requests and provide user support and training.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, and Industrialisation teams to support operations.
• Contribute to SAP system enhancements, testing, projects, and standardization of data management processes.
• Support supplier sourcing activities by preparing documentation, managing RFQs, and comparing supplier offers.
• Coordinate and document industrialisation projects by linking SAP data, technical information, and manufacturing requirements.

At Hager Industrial, we are looking for a SAP Data Administrator on permanent contract to support the quality, consistency, and integrity of our SAP master data. In addition to the SAP-focused scope, this role will also support technical and industrialisation-related activities, helping to prepare structured documentation and analyses for operational decision-making. In this role, you will work closely with multiple departments and ensure that business data is maintained accurately, efficiently, and in line with company standards.

Mission:

As SAP Data Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality master data across SAP systems. You will support business users, maintain data accuracy, and contribute to continuous process improvements. Beyond SAP data administration, you will contribute to technical and industrialisation tasks, including the preparation of documents for supplier assignments, the consolidation of technical input, and the development of structured offer comparisons.

Profile:

• Experience in data administration, master data management, or a similar administrative role, with strong SAP/ERP system knowledge.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and a structured, organized approach to work.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Technical interest in industrialisation, manufacturing processes, and supplier-related activities.
• Ability to prepare clear, structured documentation and evaluate technical and commercial information.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and customer-focused skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
