HAVI Spain seeks a Master Data Specialist (Temporary) to ensure accurate master data across Product, Supplier and Pricing domains. You will collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Logistics and Finance, using SAP MM/SD and Power BI to validate data and support implementations.

Ideal candidates have a degree in a related field, experience in Master Data Management, and fluency in Spanish and English. This temporary role is based near Madrid (San Fernando de Henares).

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
• Previous experience in Master Data Management or similar roles.

Responsabilidades

• Manage creation, maintenance and updating of master data for products, suppliers and pricing.
• Validate and coordinate information with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain price lists for Sales and Procurement teams.
• Support customer implementations through correct master data setup and parameterization.
• Manage assortments and product substitutions in corporate systems.
• Create and maintain databases related to operational and regulatory processes.
• Generate reports and analyses in SAP and Power BI to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data management procedures.

What will you do?

What are we looking for?

Education & Experience

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Master Data Management, Administration, Supply Chain support, or similar roles.

Technical Skills

• SAP (MM and/or SD modules) user level.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience working with databases (Microsoft Access is a plus).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
