We are growing and seeking a passionate SAP Business Consultant to lead and empower a multicultural team.

What are we looking for?

A SAP Business Consultant with extensive experience in SAP MM, specifically in Purchasing (PU) and Invoice Verification (IV), to join our Business Solutions North America team. You will play a key role in optimizing and supporting MM-related processes across North America, acting as a bridge between business users and the 3rd level support team in Germany, managing incidents, and supporting system stability. You will also be involved in implementing new functionalities and continuous process improvements.

Main Responsibilities :

• Managing and resolving incidents in SAP MM, focusing on PU and IV.
• Providing functional-technical support, including deep troubleshooting of SAP configurations.
• Managing and enhancing SAP Fiori workflows and approval processes.
• Working with interfaces such as AIF and EDI820, troubleshooting related incidents.
• Participating in small, focused projects alongside ongoing stable projects.
• Documenting business requirements and coordinating with stakeholders.

Key Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience in SAP MM, especially PU and IV.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori workflows and approval process management.
• Strong incident management skills and ability to perform detailed functional-technical analysis.
• Experience with interfaces and troubleshooting related issues.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, including presentations and meetings.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to interpret technical needs and solve problems effectively.
• Conflict management skills and ability to collaborate in multi-stakeholder teams.

Conditions :

Location : FULL REMOTE (with occasional travel to Madrid)

Schedule (aligned with North American time zones):

Monday and Thursday: 9:30 - 18:30

Tuesday and Wednesday: 12:00 - 21:00

Friday: 8:00 - 14:00 or 9:30 - 15:30
