Capitole Consulting continues to grow, and we want you to be part of our journey! We are seeking a passionate SAP Business Consultant to lead and empower a multicultural team.

What are we looking for?

A SAP Business Consultant with extensive experience in SAP MM, specifically in Purchasing (PU) and Invoice Verification (IV), to join our Business Solutions North America team. You will optimize and support MM-related processes across North America, acting as a bridge between business users and the 3rd level support team in Germany. Your role includes managing incidents, maintaining system stability, implementing new functionalities, and driving process improvements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing and resolving incidents in SAP MM, focusing on PU and IV
• Providing functional-technical support and troubleshooting SAP configurations
• Enhancing SAP Fiori workflows and approval processes
• Working with interfaces (AIF, EDI820, etc.) and resolving related incidents
• Participating in small, focused projects alongside main projects
• Documenting business requirements and coordinating with stakeholders

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP MM, particularly PU and IV
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori workflows and approval management
• Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with interfaces and issue resolution
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently
• Stakeholder management skills in an international environment
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities
• Conflict management and team collaboration skills

Conditions:

• FULL REMOTE (occasional travel to Madrid)
• Schedule aligned with North America time zones:
• Monday and Thursday: 9:30 - 18:30
• Tuesday and Wednesday: 12:00 - 21:00
• Friday: 8:00 - 14:00 or 9:30 - 15:30
