SAP Business Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity for a SAP Business Consultant to lead and empower a multicultural team.

What are we looking for?

A SAP Business Consultant with strong experience in SAP MM, specifically in Purchasing (PU) and Invoice Verification (IV), to join the Business Solutions North America team. You will optimize and support MM-related processes across North America, act as a bridge between business users and the 3rd level support team in Germany, manage incidents, and implement process improvements.

Main Responsibilities

• Managing and resolving incidents in SAP MM, focusing on PU and IV.
• Providing functional-technical support with deep SAP system configuration knowledge.
• Managing and improving SAP Fiori workflows and approval processes.
• Working with interfaces (AIF, EDI820, etc.) and resolving related incidents.
• Participating in small projects and documenting business requirements.

Key Requirements

• Over 5 years of SAP MM experience, especially PU and IV.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori workflows and approval flow management.
• Strong incident management and technical analysis skills.
• Experience with interfaces and troubleshooting.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
• Strong stakeholder management in an international setting.
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills.
• Conflict management and teamwork abilities.

Conditions

FULL REMOTE with occasional travel to Madrid.

Schedule (North America Timetable)

• Monday and Thursday: 9:30 - 18:30
• Tuesday and Wednesday: 12:00 - 21:00
• Friday: 8:00 - 14:00 or 9:30 - 15:30
