A leading consulting firm is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Management Specialist for a 12-month contract. The role is primarily remote but may require occasional travel within Europe. The ideal candidate will have substantial OCM experience, particularly in managing change for ERP/SAP implementations. Strong proficiency in change management frameworks and a background in supply chain or pharmaceutical industries are also preferred.

Job Title

Job Description

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for a senior Organisational Change Management Specialist to join them on an initial 12 months contract with long-term scope. This contract is to start ASAP and will be almost completely remote with some potential occasional travel on-site within Europe. You will be joining an OCM technology team and be involved in multiple projects, ranging from a new SAP S / 4HANA implementation across other ERP projects.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for implementing and executing change templates.

Specific Skills / Experience Required

• 8+ years specific Organisational Change Management experience.
• 4+ years experience managing change for ERP / SAP implementations.
• Strong experience with change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci).
• Strong supply chain, manufacturing or commercial environment experience.
• Strong experience managing change in a multicultural environment.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage.
• Able to join within 4 weeks.
• Candidates must be based in Europe.
