We are looking for a Change Management Lead with solid experience in large-scale transformation projects, preferably SAP implementations, to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of organizational change management. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering change strategies that drive adoption, reduce resistance, and ensure a smooth transition to new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define and lead the change management strategy for SAP projects and other complex transformations.
  • Develop and implement communication plans, training programs, stakeholder engagement strategies, and end-user support actions.
  • Drive awareness and engagement initiatives to secure commitment from impacted business areas.
  • Identify adoption risks and design mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, consulting partners, and senior leadership to align change activities with business objectives and company culture.
  • Measure change impact and adoption progress, and adjust plans based on feedback and results.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience leading change management efforts in SAP implementations or similar large-scale transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strategic mindset with strong results orientation.
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
