ABOUT THE ROLE

The role is part of our department Global Business Support (GBS). Reporting to the Team leader BI/BW Support Team, the main mission is to build a Process Excellence Support Organisation to grant best practices in our processes and the most efficient and effective utilisation of provided IT tools by our local Sales- and Customer Care Teams.

Main responsibilities:

1. Being the link between local key users and the IT or other headquarter functions in Switzerland.
2. On-site or remote incident support, conducting key-user training as refresher or to new employees or providing initial Know-How to new local entities will be core activities.
3. Recommendations for process or organisational changes, tool innovations and the support during implementation by reviewing specifications and ensuring effective key-user tests will be additional activities to support continuous innovation.
4. Providing high level expertise to the local key users in executing the processes and using the provided tools smartly and with attention.
5. Administrate users and authorizations.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

1. Proactive and dynamic professional, with high service orientation in solving problems and preventing them for the future.
2. Team worker with excellent communicative skills and ability to convey knowledge using state-of-the-art IT tools.
3. University Degree in Applied Sciences, Engineering, IT, Business Administration or a comparable on-the-job development in the below specified expertise areas.
4. Experience in Data Warehouse ideally SAP BW.
5. Experience with SAP BI tools (Analysis for Office or Web integrated).
6. SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience is an advantage.
7. Experiences in the sales fulfillment and supply chain process controlled with SAP R/3 SD and MM modules - having had the role of a key-user will be valued.
8. Knowledge of Query Designer, DesignStudio or Integrated Planning (BW-IP) is an advantage.
9. Good level of English; any other languages will be valued.
10. Availability to travel, especially in Europe (this role up to 20%).
