WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

- 7+ years of hands-on experience administering SAP platforms, technologies, databases (HANA DB) and cloud environments
- Deep expertise in SAP Basis and cloud solutions (AWS; Azure or RISE knowledge a plus)
- Proven track record of leading and managing SAP Basis teams (onshore, nearshore & offshore) for at least 3 years




- Solid understanding of SAP technical architecture principles (S/4HANA, ECC, supporting tools)
- Experience managing complex infrastructures across multiple data centers and cloud providers
- Strong leadership, project-management and people-management skills
- Excellent communication, autonomy, organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent English (verbal & written)

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

- Lead and mentor a Tier-3 SAP Basis team (3 experts) plus an L2 managed-operations team in India
- Define technical direction, set priorities and drive performance management for your teams
- Manage relationships with SAP support services and third-party partners to ensure SLAs are met
- Oversee installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, HANA DB, etc.)
- Collaborate with Digital Foundation, Infrastructure & Cyber-security teams to guarantee high availability, performance and compliance
- Partner with Product and Platform teams to support SAP integration projects across landscapes
- Continuously evaluate and optimize SAP architecture,
