WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ️ • 7+ years of hands-on experience administering SAP platforms, technologies, databases (HANA DB) and cloud environments • Deep expertise in SAP Basis and cloud solutions (AWS; Azure or RISE knowledge a plus) • Proven track record of leading and managing SAP Basis teams (onshore, nearshore & offshore) for at least 3 years • Solid understanding of SAP technical architecture principles (S/4HANA, ECC, supporting tools) • Experience managing complex infrastructures across multiple data centers and cloud providers • Strong leadership, project-management and people-management skills • Excellent communication, autonomy, organizational and problem-solving abilities • Fluent English (verbal & written)
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Lead and mentor a Tier-3 SAP Basis team (3 experts) plus an L2 managed-operations team in India • Define technical direction, set priorities and drive performance management for your teams • Manage relationships with SAP support services and third-party partners to ensure SLAs are met • Oversee installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, HANA DB, etc.) • Collaborate with Digital Foundation, Infrastructure & Cyber-security teams to guarantee high availability, performance and compliance • Partner with Product and Platform teams to support SAP integration projects across landscapes • Continuously evaluate and optimize SAP architecture, applying best practices for resilience and scalability
