Formación

• At least 3 years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience.

About the role

As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a SAP Basis Engineer to join our team of professionals. In this role, you will support various SAP environments, working directly with clients and MIGx staff to maintain and support their landscapes.

Responsibilities

Interact with third-party providers to configure, monitor, tune, and troubleshoot the SAP technical landscape (S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP PO, Solution Manager, ADS, Cloud Connector).

Coordinate communication between SAP specialists, key users, service providers, and hosting providers within the SAP Basis area.

Manage SAP incidents using ServiceNow.

Must-have requirements

At least 3 years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience, including support for upgrades, system refreshes, ALE integration, and transport management.

Experience patching ABAP and NetWeaver systems and installing SAP Notes (manual and via SNOTE).

Familiarity with Solution Manager functionalities such as ChaRM, Technical Monitoring, and Embedded Search.

Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.

Nice-to-have requirements

Experience working in hybrid or multi-cloud SAP environments (including SAP Cloud Connector).

Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM.

Setup and maintenance of Cloud Connectors.
