A leading consultancy is seeking a freelance SAP Basis Consultant with GTS experience for a fully remote opportunity based in Spain. The role involves supporting SAP GTS implementations, managing system configurations, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Ideal candidates will possess strong GTS expertise and experience with SPRO configuration.

Freelance SAP Basis Consultant with GTS Experience (Remote – Spain)

Start : ASAP (Ideally within 1 month)

Duration : 6 months + extensions

Location : Fully Remote (Candidates must be based in Spain)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant with strong GTS (Global Trade Services) experience for an exciting long-term freelance opportunity. This role is fully remote, but applicants must reside in Spain and be fluent in both Spanish and English .

Key Responsibilities :

Support and implement SAP GTS in line with international trade and compliance requirements

Manage system setup and configuration via SPRO

Perform GTS integration with SAP ECC or S / 4HANA environments

Oversee master data setup including BP and material master

Ensure smooth document transfer (sales orders, deliveries)

Handle IDocs, RFCs , and relevant integration points

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support

Key Requirements :

Proven experience with SAP GTS implementation and support

Strong understanding of international trade processes & compliance regulations

Hands-on experience with SPRO configuration and GTS system setup

Experience in master data management and document flow

Skilled in IDocs, RFCs , and SAP integration

SAP ABAP skills are a plus
