A leading company seeks an SAP ABAP Developer at middle to senior level to work remotely in Spain, with monthly travel to Getafe. The successful candidate will enhance ABAP processes and support the S/4HANA migration while ensuring detailed technical support for audits. Applicants must possess strong SAP experience and fluency in Spanish, with an immediate start date.

SAP ABAP Developer – Middle to Senior Level

Location: 100% Remote working from Spain, with monthly travel to Getafe, Madrid

Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (with possible renewal)

Rate: €30–€35 per hour (Gross)

Start Date: ASAP – available to start within 1–2 weeks

Client Industry: Transportation / Aerospace

Nationality Requirement: Spanish nationality is required.

Requirements: Strong experience in middle to senior level SAP ABAP development, with a solid understanding of finance, procurement, and SAP environments. Hands-on experience with Security Weaver, including updates or system upgrades. Prior involvement in S/4HANA migration projects is preferred. Fluent in written and spoken Spanish. Willingness to travel to Getafe once per month for 2 days.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement minor improvements and resolve issues in existing ABAP processes.
2. Provide technical support and data extraction for internal and external audits.
3. Update and manage Security Weaver tool for operations in Spain.
4. Support ongoing migration to S/4HANA.
5. Collaborate closely with functional teams to align technical developments with financial, purchase, and sales process needs.
