Join Our Expanding Sales Team in Marbella, Spain

We are growing our multi-award-winning Sales Team based in Marbella, Spain, and currently have TWO POSITIONS AVAILABLE for candidates who can speak fluent English. Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Dutch, or German is a significant advantage. Please apply only if you are already residing in Spain or plan to relocate immediately.

Affinity is a client-rich, fast-paced Real Estate agency on the Costa del Sol, providing comprehensive onsite training. Prior industry experience is not essential but will be considered a plus. After a one-month training period, you will meet with clients and start earning commissions within 4-6 weeks.

Candidate Profile

• Must have a high level of initiative, common sense, and the ability to learn across the Costa del Sol.
• Fluent in English; additional languages like French, Dutch, or German are highly beneficial.
• Must have access to a 4-door car and hold a full driving license.
• Be based on the Costa del Sol to attend an initial meeting at our office in Puerto Banus, Marbella.

Minimum Requirements

• Residency in Spain or legal right to work in Spain.
• Valid driving license and a presentable car capable of carrying 2 to 4 passengers.
• Full car insurance.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a bonus.
• Ability to learn and retain basic information.
• Flexible schedule to work as per client needs.
