Roccabox Property Group in Marbella is expanding and seeking confident salespeople to join our Marbella real estate team. You don't need years of property experience—just a track record in sales or client-facing roles and the ability to build trust with clients.

In this relationship-led role, you’ll manage your own day, own your clients, and progress opportunities from enquiry through viewings, negotiations and completion with the backing of a strong team and Marbella's established brand.

Roccabox Property Group is growing and we're looking for confident, capable salespeople who are ready to make their move into Marbella real estate.

You don't need years of property experience.

You do need previous sales or client-facing experience, confidence speaking with people and the ability to build trust, stay organised and move opportunities forward.

This is a relationship-led role for someone who wants the freedom to manage their own day, take ownership of their clients and build something successful with the backing of a strong, established team.

You'll work with property buyers from their initial enquiry through to viewings, negotiations and completion.

• Work with the wider team to progress and complete deals

Organise your own working day and manage your diary around your clients, appointments and viewings.

You'll receive practical training, local market knowledge and ongoing guidance to help you become confident and effective in Marbella property.

You'll have ownership of your clients, but you won't be left to figure everything out alone. Our management and sales team are actively involved and available to help you progress opportunities and overcome challenges.

You'll have access to a consistent flow of buyer enquiries, quality property stock, marketing support and an established Marbella brand behind you.

Develop your property knowledge, grow your network and build a strong client base in one of Europe's most exciting real estate markets.

• Previous sales or client-facing experience
• Confident, personable and comfortable on the phone
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised and consistent with follow-up
• Proactive, dependable and able to manage your own day
• Additional languages are a strong advantage
• Full driving licence

Real estate experience is welcome, but it is not essential.

This opportunity operates on an independent consultant model. Full details of the working and remuneration structure will be discussed during the interview process.
