Roccabox Property Group is seeking confident salespeople to join our Marbella property team. You will work with buyers from enquiry to viewings, negotiate, and progress deals within a relationship-led environment.

You don't need years of property experience, but you do need proven sales or client-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to build trust while staying organised. Autonomy and active client ownership are core.

Roccabox Property Group is growing and we're looking for confident, capable salespeople who are ready to make their move into Marbella real estate.

You don't need years of property experience.

You do need previous sales or client-facing experience, confidence speaking with people and the ability to build trust, stay organised and move opportunities forward.

This is a relationship-led role for someone who wants the freedom to manage their own day, take ownership of their clients and build something successful with the backing of a strong, established team.

THE ROLE

You’ll work with property buyers from their initial enquiry through to viewings, negotiations and completion.

• Speak with and qualify new buyer enquiries


• Understand each client's property requirements


• Build strong, professional relationships


• Arrange and attend property viewings


• Manage follow-ups and active opportunities


• Work with the wider team to progress and complete deals

Who We're Looking For

• Previous sales or client-facing experience


• Confident, personable and comfortable on the phone

• Proactive, dependable and able to manage your own day


• Fluent English


• Additional languages are a strong advantage


• Full driving licence


• Real estate experience is welcome, but it is not essential.
