Formación

  • Experience with agile methodologies.

Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in technology applied to marketing and customer relationship management, focusing on innovation. We are seeking a Technical Lead.

Main Tasks:
  1. Support sales and functional teams in solution design, estimation, and assumptions for assigned accounts.
  2. Assist Project/Delivery Managers in technical leadership, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of the platform and optimal solutions to meet project requirements.
  3. Identify and notify risks related to project/client profitability and ensure the project progresses in scope, schedule, and costs.
  4. Ensure technical objectives are met and that quality standards are adhered to.
  5. Supervise effort estimations during testing phases and collaborate on client demos.
  6. Deliver technical documentation and participate in training and mentoring of the technical team.
  7. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and suggest methodological improvements.
  8. Contribute to Omega's community of practice through thought leadership and training.
Required Experience:
  • At least 3 years participating in the full lifecycle of Salesforce.com implementations.
  • Experience as a Salesforce developer across modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in English.
