Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to guide end-to-end Salesforce initiatives in Spain. You will collaborate with sales and functional teams, provide architectural direction, and ensure delivery quality across multiple Salesforce modules.

The role requires 5+ years in Salesforce lifecycle, strong English, and experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. A permanent contract, flexible schedule, home office support, and certifications program

Formación

• 5+ years participating in the full lifecycle of Salesforce.com implementations.
• Experience in Salesforce.com projects.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership on Salesforce projects and design optimal solutions.
• Support estimation and risk analysis with the PM/DM.
• Ensure delivery aligns with scope, schedule, and costs.
