Omega CRM, a Merkle Company, is seeking a seasoned Salesforce specialist to drive full lifecycle implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. You will support the PM/DM with technical leadership, design solutions, estimate efforts, and identify risks to maximize profitability.

The role requires agile experience, excellent English, and a strong client-facing presence in a dynamic team.

Formación

5+ years participating in the full lifecycle of Salesforce.com implementations.
Experience with Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
Proficient in agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

Provide design guidance, estimation, and assumptions to the sales and functional teams.
Support technical leadership on projects to meet functional demands.
Detect and notify risks in project profitability and technical management.
Ensure scope, schedule, and costs progress; alert on deviations.
Deliver technical objectives and compliance with Omega's quality standards.
Supervise effort estimations during testing and demos to clients.
Contribute to client demos and final delivery of technical documentation.
Mentor the technical team and drive improvements, Up & Cross Selling opportunities.
