Job Description:

Do you want to design technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration & authentication across systems? Do you want to articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for technical architecture? Then you could be our new Technical Salesforce Architect!

In this position you will:

1. Understand the full extent of our solution, integration components, and how they fit into the Salesforce architecture
2. Lead technical delivery of Salesforce implementations including security, integration, data migration, and other solution components
3. Work proactively to remove technical debt and security vulnerabilities
4. Implement and advocate best practices with both development and functional teams
5. Lead proof of concept and technical solutions
6. Make recommendations on the overall CRM strategy

We have a match if you have/bring:

• 4-8 years of experience working with Salesforce
• Hands-on Salesforce experience in designing solutions, configuring & developing custom Apex/Visualforce/Lightning code in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Workflows, Mobile, Single Sign-On, APIs
• Experience with data integration tools integrating Salesforce with business systems
• Strong technical experience to architect, engineer, and guide delivery of key CRM initiatives
• Deep understanding of SFDC concepts and best practices
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Administrator (additional certifications are a plus)
• Experience in Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud, and CPQ
• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical users
• Experience with agile methodology (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Experience in creating technical architecture & documentation for complex business requirements (preferred)
• Fluent in English
