Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in applying technology to marketing and fostering unique customer relationships with a focus on innovation. We are seeking a Technical Lead.

MAIN TASKS :
  1. Support sales and functional teams in assigned accounts with technical expertise: solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
  2. Assist the Project Manager / Delivery Manager in providing technical leadership, leveraging comprehensive platform knowledge to identify optimal solutions for project requirements.
  3. Identify and communicate risks related to technical management and client profitability.
  4. Ensure project progress aligns with scope, schedule, and budget, alerting managers to potential deviations.
  5. Achieve technical objectives of the project.
  6. Ensure compliance with Omega's software quality standards.
  7. Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.
  8. Collaborate on project demos for clients.
  9. Deliver comprehensive technical documentation for projects.
  10. Participate in technical team development and training, advising on skill improvement.
  11. Identify opportunities for technical up-selling and cross-selling.
  12. Suggest methodological improvements for the technical team.
  13. Contribute to Omega's community of practice through thought leadership, training, and mentoring.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
  1. At least 3 years of full lifecycle Salesforce.com implementations.
  2. Experience as a Salesforce.com developer.
  3. Knowledge of Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
  4. Experience with agile methodologies.
  5. Proficiency in English at a high level.
