Descripción del empleo

Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in leveraging technology for marketing and fostering unique customer relationships with a focus on innovation. We are seeking a Technical Lead.

MAIN TASKS :
  1. Provide support to sales and functional teams in assigned accounts, including solution design, estimation, and assumptions when technical knowledge of the solution is required.
  2. Support the Project Manager / Delivery Manager in technical leadership, bringing comprehensive platform knowledge and identifying optimal solutions to meet project requirements.
  3. Detect and notify risks related to technical management, project profitability, and client satisfaction.
  4. Ensure smooth project progress in scope, schedule, and costs, alerting and anticipating deviations.
  5. Meet the project's technical objectives and ensure compliance with Omega's quality standards.
  6. Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.
  7. Collaborate on project demos for clients.
  8. Ensure the delivery of complete technical documentation.
  9. Participate in technical team development and training, advising on skill improvement.
  10. Identify technical Up & Cross Selling opportunities.
  11. Suggest methodological improvements for the technical team.
  12. Contribute to Omega's community of practice through thought leadership, training, and mentoring.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
  1. At least 3 years participating in the full lifecycle of Salesforce.com implementations.
  2. Experience as a Salesforce.com developer.
  3. Knowledge of various modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
  4. Experience with agile methodologies.
  5. Proficiency in English at a high level.
