Main Tasks:
  1. Provide technical support to sales and functional teams, including solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
  2. Support the Project Manager/Delivery Manager in technical leadership, platform expertise, and solution identification.
  3. Detect and notify risks affecting project/client profitability.
  4. Ensure project progress aligns with scope, schedule, and costs, alerting deviations early.
  5. Ensure technical objectives and quality standards are met.
  6. Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.
  7. Collaborate on project demos and ensure delivery of technical documentation.
  8. Participate in team development, training, and mentoring.
  9. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and methodological improvements.
  10. Contribute to Omega's community of practice with thought leadership and training.
Required Experience:
  • At least 3 years in full lifecycle Salesforce.com implementations.
  • Experience as a Salesforce.com developer, with modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • High proficiency in English.
