Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, is a leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in marketing technology and customer relationship management, focusing on innovation. We are seeking a Technical Lead to join our team.

Main Tasks:

  1. Provide technical support to sales and functional teams in assigned accounts, including solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
  2. Support the Project Manager/Delivery Manager with technical leadership, platform knowledge, and solution identification to meet project demands.
  3. Detect and notify risks related to project/client profitability.
  4. Ensure project progress aligns with scope, schedule, and costs, alerting managers to deviations.
  5. Ensure technical objectives and quality standards are met.
  6. Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.
  7. Assist in project demos and deliver technical documentation.
  8. Participate in training and mentoring technical team members.
  9. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  10. Suggest methodological improvements and contribute to Omega's community of practice.

Required Experience:

  1. At least 3 years of full lifecycle Salesforce.com implementation experience.
  2. Experience as a Salesforce developer across modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  3. Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  4. Proficiency in English.
