Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in applying technology to marketing and fostering unique customer relationships. We are seeking a Technical Lead.

MAIN TASKS :
  1. Support sales and functional teams in assigned accounts with technical knowledge: solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
  2. Assist the Project Manager / Delivery Manager in technical leadership, platform knowledge, and optimal solution identification to meet project requirements.
  3. Identify and notify risks related to project and client profitability.
  4. Ensure smooth project progress concerning scope, schedule, and costs, alerting deviations early.
  5. Guarantee technical objectives are met and standards are adhered to.
  6. Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.
  7. Collaborate on project demos and ensure delivery of technical documentation.
  8. Participate in training and mentoring technical team members.
  9. Identify opportunities for technical Up & Cross Selling and methodological improvements.
  10. Contribute to Omega's community of practice with thought leadership and training.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
  1. Minimum of 3 years in full lifecycle Salesforce.com implementations.
  2. Experience as a Salesforce.com developer.
  3. Knowledge of modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  4. Experience with agile methodologies.
  5. Proficiency in English.
