Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Technical Lead.

Main Tasks:

  1. Support sales and functional teams with technical knowledge, including solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
  2. Assist Project/Delivery Managers in technical leadership, ensuring the platform meets project requirements and identifying risks.
  3. Ensure project scope, schedule, and costs are maintained, and alert deviations.
  4. Guarantee technical objectives and compliance with quality standards.
  5. Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.
  6. Collaborate on project demos and ensure delivery of technical documentation.
  7. Participate in team development, training, and mentoring.
  8. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  9. Suggest methodological improvements and contribute to Omega's community of practice.

Required Experience:

  • At least 3 years of full lifecycle Salesforce.com implementation experience.
  • Experience as a Salesforce developer.
  • Knowledge of modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in English.
