Formación

  • At least 3 years of experience in full Salesforce.Com implementation.
  • Experience as a Salesforce developer across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in English is required.

Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, is a leader in developing Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in marketing technology and customer relationship management, focusing on innovation. We are seeking a Technical Lead.

Main Tasks :

Provide technical support to sales and functional teams in assigned accounts, including solution design, estimation, and assumptions.

Support the Project Manager / Delivery Manager in technical leadership, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of the platform and optimal solutions to meet project requirements.

Identify and notify risks related to project / client profitability and ensure project progress aligns with scope, schedule, and costs.

Alert and anticipate deviations, ensuring technical objectives are met and quality standards are maintained.

Supervise effort estimations during testing phases and collaborate on project demos and technical documentation delivery.

Participate in developing and training the technical team, providing mentorship and identifying upselling opportunities.

Contribute to Omega's community of practice through thought leadership and training.

Required Experience :

At least 3 years participating in full Salesforce.Com implementation lifecycle.

Experience as a Salesforce developer across modules like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Familiarity with agile methodologies.

Proficiency in English.
