A global telecommunications client is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to drive digital transformation. In this role, you'll design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, lead technical design and architecture, and mentor delivery teams. The ideal candidate has proven experience with Salesforce architecture principles and excellent communication skills. This is a remote role with options for hybrid work across Europe.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect on enterprise-scale programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About the Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our global telecommunications client. You’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation journey, designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that serve millions of customers worldwide.

Remote / Hybrid role across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across Core Clouds and additional platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Field Service).
• Define integration strategies, security frameworks, and data models that ensure performance and scalability.
• Translate business requirements into robust, future-ready Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams, setting best practices, conducting code / design reviews, and mentoring colleagues.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the Salesforce delivery lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect on enterprise-scale programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience); exposure to additional clouds is highly valued.
• Expertise in Salesforce architecture principles, integration patterns, and data management best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application / System Architect, Marketing Cloud, CPQ) are preferred.
