Sollers Consulting is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with leadership skills to join our Barcelona team. You will implement and customize Salesforce Platform and Industries for Insurance, design IT solutions with architectural awareness, and work directly with clients in an agile project team.

The role requires at least 4 years in Salesforce development, 1 year in a leadership position, fluent English, and strong OOP/design pattern knowledge.

Formación

• At least 4 years of commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience (Tech Lead or Architect).
• Fluent English (B2/C1).
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and customize Salesforce Platform and Salesforce Industries for Insurance.
• Lead design of IT solutions considering architecture constraints.
• Serve as advisor and sparring partner for clients.

• Implement and customize Salesforce Platform (Sales / Service/ FSC) and Salesforce Industries for Insurance..
• Lead the design of IT solutions, taking into account the architecture and its constraints.
• Serve as a reliable advisor and sparring partner for our clients.
• Independently lead a project team, ensuring the timely completion of tasks and maintaining high standards.
• Monitor compliance with project scope, spread good practices, and share knowledge across teams.
• Create well-structured technical documentation (e.g., using BPMN, UML).
• Work directly with our clients as an active member of an agile project team.
• Build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients.

About the requirements. You need:

• At least 4 years of commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer,
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role, such as a Tech Lead or Architect.
• A fluency in English language (at least B2/C1 level) is a must.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and clean code principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions and effectively facilitate workshops.
• Experience in estimating effort on various levels and identifying potential risks.
• Any of the following: Web services (REST/SOAP), Apex, LWC,
• Capability to recommend solutions to both Saleforce Core Platform and SF Industries using hands‑on experience.
• Readiness to travel (we work partially from the client side).
• Ability to work in the European Union.
