Thinkproject is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. You will design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions, collaborating with sales systems operations to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities include integrating data, maintaining security standards, and coaching users. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and opportunities to work with cutting-edge Salesforce technologies.

Formación

• 3+ years in Salesforce Development, ideally in a consulting or SaaS environment.
• Experience in Salesforce Development.
• Experience in Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of financial ERP software.
• APEX/Javascript/SOQL or similar Salesforce languages.
• Certifications such as Platform Developer I and Platform App Builder (required).

Responsabilidades

• Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements.
• Build close relationships with stakeholders to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
• Assess impact of new requirements on Salesforce and upstream/downstream apps and processes.
• Refine ITIL Service Management, Change Control, and Release Management processes.
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
• Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for system functions and capabilities.
• Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks.
• Manage Salesforce endpoints and inbound/outbound data feeds with third-party integrations.
• Assist in training new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organisation.

What your day will look like

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to fulfill an exciting role in our Bucharest office. The Senior Salesforce Developer is a key role within the sales systems operations organization, responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions along with supporting the salesforce admin team with complex requests.

• Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements.
• Ensure a comprehensive understanding of user needs by building close working relationships with business stakeholders and functional leaders to enhance the customer experience and service delivery.
• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
• Refine SFDC ITIL Service Management, Change Control and Release Management processes and encourage broader adoption of these ways of working.
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
• Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for system functions, processes, and capabilities.

What you need to fulfill the role
