Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gain industry and market expertise through project participation to provide benchmark insights to clients.
- Possess a broad understanding of sector and industry trends, contributing to business objectives with tailored products and services.
- Analyze, estimate, and develop proposals supporting the sales team.
- Identify when to involve other service lines or specialists to enhance client advisory.
- Implement mechanisms to identify and manage commercial risks during presales.
- Analyze and communicate risks before project initiation, and participate in delivering complex and risky projects alongside Operations.
- Develop new methodologies within their area to impact work and outcomes positively.
- Establish and execute communication strategies to clarify team objectives.
- Manage and develop team talent, utilizing tools to align with organizational goals.
- Conduct logical analysis to identify problems, interpret information, and coordinate data sharing to resolve obstacles.
- Support and motivate team members to foster commitment to organizational and departmental objectives.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 4 years in a similar role as Project Manager or Solution Architect.
- Strong foundation in platform functionality, development, organization, and time management.
- Experience in gathering and interpreting business information and client processes.
- Proficiency with core application technologies.
- Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to enhance services and customer experience.
- English proficiency.
