Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Solutions Architect.

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Gains industry and market expertise through participation in various projects to provide a "benchmark" vision to clients.
2. Possesses a broad understanding of the sector and industry, contributing to achieving business objectives with new products and services that align with each client’s needs.
3. Analyzes, estimates, and develops proposals in support of the sales team.
4. Identifies when the involvement of professionals from other service lines or specialized knowledge is necessary to strengthen client advisory.
5. Implements mechanisms to identify and manage commercial risk during the presales phase.
6. Analyzes and interprets risks before a project begins and communicates them to Operations.
7. Is directly involved in delivering services for particularly complex and risky projects, in coordination with Operations.
8. Develops new methodologies within their area of responsibility to directly impact the work of others and the outcomes of their field.
9. Is responsible for establishing and implementing a communication strategy that enables their team to clearly identify the objectives of the area under their leadership.
10. Develops and manages the talent of the people in their team, including the use of tools that enhance better management of people and organizational objectives.
11. Conducts logical analysis, identifies problems, seeks, and interprets meaningful information to share and coordinate relevant data with team members, helping them resolve obstacles that hinder team and relational development.
12. Supports, encourages, and motivates team members so they feel committed to the organization and the area’s objectives.

Experience and Skills :

1. At least 4 years of experience in a similar role as a Project Manager / Solution Architect
2. Strong foundation in platform functionality and development, organization and time management, conflict and priority management, methodologies.
3. Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting business information and internal client processes.
4. Software proficiency related to the core technologies of the applications to be implemented.
5. Collaboration with various business areas and technology teams to improve services, environments, and the customer experience.
