Job Description:
Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, is a leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in marketing technology and customer relationship management. We are seeking a Solutions Architect.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gain industry and market expertise through project participation to provide benchmark insights to clients.
- Understand sector and industry trends to contribute to business objectives with new products and services tailored to client needs.
- Analyze, estimate, and develop proposals to support the sales team.
- Identify when to involve other service lines or specialists to strengthen client advice.
- Implement mechanisms to identify and manage commercial risks during presales.
- Interpret and communicate risks before project initiation, and be involved in delivering complex and risky projects.
- Develop new methodologies within their area to impact team work and outcomes.
- Establish and execute communication strategies for their team.
- Manage team talent, utilizing tools for better organizational objectives management.
- Conduct analysis, identify problems, and share relevant data to resolve obstacles and foster team development.
- Support and motivate team members to align with organizational goals.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 4 years in a similar role such as Project Manager or Solution Architect.
- Strong knowledge of platform functionality, organization, time management, conflict resolution, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in gathering and interpreting business information and client processes.
- Software proficiency with core technologies of relevant applications.
- Collaboration skills across business and technology teams to enhance services and customer experience.
