Formación

  • Mínimo 4 años en un rol similar (Project Manager/Solution Architect).
  • Fuerte conocimiento de las funcionalidades de la plataforma, organización y metodologías.
  • Capacidad para colaborar en equipos técnicos y comerciales.

Responsabilidades

  • Ganar experiencia en la industria para proporcionar conocimientos a los clientes.
  • Apoyar las ventas con análisis, estimaciones y desarrollo de propuestas.
  • Analizar y comunicar riesgos antes de la iniciación del proyecto.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain industry expertise through project participation to provide benchmark insights to clients.
  • Understand sector and industry trends, contributing to business objectives with tailored products and services.
  • Support sales with analysis, estimates, and proposal development.
  • Identify when specialized knowledge is needed to enhance client advisory.
  • Implement risk management mechanisms during presales.
  • Analyze and communicate risks prior to project initiation.
  • Participate in delivering complex and risky projects alongside Operations.
  • Develop methodologies to improve team work and project outcomes.
  • Establish clear communication strategies within the team.
  • Manage and develop team talent using effective tools.
  • Analyze problems logically and coordinate relevant information to resolve obstacles.
  • Motivate and support team members to achieve organizational goals.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years in a similar role (Project Manager/Solution Architect).
  • Strong knowledge of platform functionalities, organization, time management, and methodologies.
  • Experience in analyzing business processes and client needs.
  • Proficiency in core application technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
