A leading global enterprise in Spain is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design and implement innovative Salesforce solutions. You will lead integration efforts and mentor development teams. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Salesforce Cloud technologies and excellent communication skills. This role offers a hybrid work environment and requires fluency in English, with Spanish being a plus.

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for Salesforce?

My client, a leading global enterprise, is looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join their team in Spain.

In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of innovative Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration and delivery that meets business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other teams to translate business requirements into robust,

scalable technical solutions.

Oversee integrations with third-party systems and provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce architecture.

Ensure high-quality delivery, compliance with Salesforce best practices, and alignment with governance standards.

Provide leadership and mentoring to Salesforce development teams, ensuring consistency in implementation and fostering a collaborative environment.

Engage in the ongoing improvement of Salesforce processes, identifying areas of opportunity for optimization.

What We're Looking For :

Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with a focus on large-scale, complex Salesforce implementations.

Strong expertise in Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.

including integration with other systems (API, MuleSoft, etc.).

Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, Lightning Web Components, Apex, and other key Salesforce technologies.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect) highly preferred.

Previous experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.

Fluent in English+ Spanish is a plus.
