Background
The CRM team consists of 3 specialists and currently supports 350+ CRM Users, ranging from Marketing, Sales to Support and CSM. We act as both support enabler (making sure everyone can do their job effectively) and growth enabler (increase marketing conversion rates, pipeline generation, to name a few…). The commercial organisation is undergoing significant growth, and we are therefore looking for a Solution Architect to support this commercial growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect who will play a critical role in (better) connecting the tech to the business, so that our CRM users are efficient and effective (support enabler) and improve efficiency throughout the whole business operation (growth enabler).
