Formación

  • Mínimo 3 años en un rol similar.
  • Más de 5 años en proyectos y mantenimiento de soluciones CTI.
  • Experiencia con Salesforce Service Cloud Voice y Genesys.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar integraciones CTI en implementaciones CRM.
  • Apoyar a los equipos de ventas con soluciones CTI, Contact Center y Multicanal.
  • Colaborar en la evaluación de nuevas tecnologías relacionadas con voz en CRM.

Job Description:

Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company and leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Technical Lead.

Main Tasks:

  • Lead CTI integrations and related software in CRM implementations.
  • Support sales teams with CTI, Contact Center, Voice, and Multichannel solutions.
  • Collaborate with Innovation to evaluate new voice-related technologies in CRM.
  • Progressively lead projects within the Salesforce environment, supporting Contact Center and Customer Service services.
  • Coordinate and oversee the development team working on integrations (REST, SOAP, API).
  • Participate in analysis, documentation, testing, and support tasks for projects.
  • Act as a consultant in CTI environments and liaise with vendors.
  • Work with various environments/technologies, mainly focusing on Salesforce applications.

Required Experience:

  • At least 3 years in a similar role.
  • Over 5 years in CTI solutions projects/maintenance.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Genesys.
  • High proficiency in English.
