Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in technology applied to marketing and customer relationship management. We are seeking a Project Manager.

Main duties:

  • Support pre-sales activities for assigned accounts, including solution design, estimation, planning, and setting assumptions. Communicate client vision, objectives, and expectations to the project team.
  • Assign tasks to team members, managing their workload, vacations, and absences.
  • Oversee project progress to ensure adherence to deadlines, scope, and budget.
  • Manage change requests, informing all parties of schedule and budget impacts.
  • Provide project updates to clients and the Customer Success Manager (CSM). Lead follow-up meetings and steering committees.
  • Alert management of potential deviations and establish communication and risk mitigation plans.
  • Monitor project documentation and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Lead project demonstrations for clients.
  • Resolve issues arising during project implementation.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure project objectives are achieved, evaluate project success, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Send customer satisfaction surveys post-project.
  • Identify potential Up & Cross-Selling opportunities.
  • Lead team retrospectives and suggest internal improvements.
  • Participate in team development, training, and supervision to enhance skills.

Experience needed:

  • Over 5 years of experience in project management roles.
  • At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end CRM implementation processes.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Jira, etc.).
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
